At New Dawn Myotherapy Center, we are committed to delivering the highest quality of service and an exceptional experience for all our clients. Our primary objective is to ensure that every client receives quality care promptly. We kindly request that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointments and notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. No-shows, late arrivals, and last-minute cancellations create inconveniences not only for our providers but also for fellow clients.

Appointment slots are allocated based on the services that will be provided, rather than those that may be completed. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and situations may arise, but it is crucial to honor our providers' time. If you do not inform us 48 hours before your appointment, you will incur a cancellation fee based on the type of service. The fee will be charged to the credit card on file.  Please be aware that there are no exceptions to this policy, regardless of the circumstances surrounding your late arrival, late cancellation, or no-show. Repeated cancellations may result in the requirement to prepay for future services or the termination of your status as a client.

As courtesy we send out text and email appointment reminders. If you do not receive a reminder, the above policy will remain in effect. Please place scheduled appointments in your calendar. 

Should you arrive late for your appointment, the provider reserves the right to refuse service, and you will still be charged for your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, your appointment may be shortened, but you will still be billed for the full appointment duration. This policy ensures that the schedules of other clients are not disrupted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our time and the time of others.
