DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Deep tissue massage uses a lot of the same techniques as a therapeutic massage, but uses more pressure. This treatment can be a full-body session or can focus on specific areas like the back, neck, hips or legs. This work is designed to release your deeper muscle layers and provide relief from tightness, exercise or old pain patterns while assessing the cause of your discomfort. As a result, muscle tension and toxins are released allowing blood and oxygen to circulate properly.

Sports massage is a form of bodywork geared toward participants in athletics. It is used to help prevent injuries, to prepare the body for athletic activity and maintain it in optimal condition, and to help athletes recover from workouts and injuries. Sports massage has three basic forms: pre-event massage, post-event massage, and maintenance massage.
